Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
Perrery International Ltd ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide. If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect anonymised usage data about your visit (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
Cookies and analytics
On your first visit a cookie banner appears. By default only strictly necessary cookies are used. If you press "Accept", we load Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how the site is used — for example pages viewed, approximate region and device type. IP addresses are anonymised. If you press "Decline", no analytics cookies are set and no tracking takes place. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How we use it
Contact data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Analytics data is used only in aggregate to understand and improve the website.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and are then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).
Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. Analytics data is processed on our behalf by Google as a data processor. Our website and database are hosted on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). We may disclose data where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw your analytics consent, at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@perrery.com.
